Working with all the trades was seamless. They respected the builders requests, regardless of the task or change. It was great to see such a feeling of family between the trades and the builder.
In 1985 I was planning to have my first home built. I came into Audie’s showhome. He listened to what I was looking for and seemed sincerely interested. We ultimately came to an agreement and started the process of building my new home. Audie really “walked me through” the whole process and I always felt he and his team were looking out for my best interest. Since that first home, my wife and I have worked with Audie to build three more. I started out looking to have a home built and came away with that and good friends.
Audie built our home nearly 35 years ago. His gift of design and his ability to draw his own blueprints, lay foundations, frame, side, roof, and do his own millwork was amazing. His knowledge and experience in so many areas, and at such a young age, was commendable. It is with great fondness and pride we’ve watched him do what he loves to do and do it with all his heart. He deserves the success he enjoys.

When your builder becomes your lifelong friend, you know two things: He was an excellent builder and it was a great experience. Since Audie built our home 20 years ago, we have shared weddings, funerals, baptisms, and a trip abroad.

We had built with Audie during the recent boom and had heard horror stories about other people’s homebuilding misadventures, but our own experience was pleasant and involved minimal, if any, stress. Audie and his team (especially Kim), continuously demonstrated patience and an uncanny ability to quickly and effectively resolve any issues that came up during construction. And most importantly, the outstanding customer service continued long after we had taken possession.
