Being born and raised in this family owned and operated home building business, as well as being a licensed realtor in the greater Edmonton area since 2005, Becky Benson has 20 years of experience in real estate, land sales, and office management. Becky earned a Bachelor of Education (UofA)and has won several awards throughout her real estate career for high performance. Her expertise, stellar work ethic and exceptional networking skills make this industry second nature to her.
Todd was born and raised in the Greater Edmonton area. He received his Journeyman ticket in Sheet Metal/HVAC (NAIT) in 1996. Todd continues his work in the mechanical trade. He became involved in business management in 1998, travelling throughout Alberta, BC and Washington, USA. Todd has over 20 years experience in the public sector and his passion comes from providing our clients with knowledge, guidance and support throughout the entire home building experience.
Having grown up & raising his own family in Edmonton, Kim has strong knowledge of the Greater Edmonton area in which we build.His unsurpassed experience, with over 40 years in the field, equips him to be a very strong Project Manager. He has been a Project Manager with Audie Benson Estate Homes for close to 20 years. Kim has extensive experience in all areas of the trades which provides him with impeccable attention to detail & allows for him to create a high quality environment for all of the trades. He is personable & approachable at all levels, making him a favorite with all of our clients.
